About Andy Teagle Triathlon Coach Personal Trainer
I've been involved in triathlon for over 30 years, competing in sprint to long distance events. I became a BTF (British Triathlon Federation) coach in 2006 and have coached in a variety of athlete environments including juniors, adults, clubs, novice training days, regional development and regional academy. I am also a volunteer within a club and regionally for West Midlands.
My coaching philosophy is all about the athlete, being athlete centred, helping to them train smarter and achieve their goals with affordable, bespoke, flexible coaching and training plans around their lifestyle and commitments.
In 2016 I qualified as a BTF Level 3 Triathlon Coach and in 2019 qualified as a YMCA Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Practitioner, followed by Level 2 SMARTT ® Coach and Approved Movement Improvement Instructor.
